2019 Washington State East Meets West-Lincoln Rock

Hope everyone is having a camping-filled summer! I need to get a head count of all interested parties for the 2019 Gathering. It's too early to register, but I'm in the process of trying to set up an "event" site hold for at least one loop with the Area Ranger as I know we will fill that, plus more.
Dates: May 16, 17,18,19, 2019  (Thursday-Sunday)
Place: Lincoln Rock State Park, north of Wenatchee, WA.

What I need from each of you is to know how many sites we will need in case I am able to hold them for us. I don't need the site number you want, etc yet, but I do need a count within a couple of days. More to be posted when I've got it ready. Thanks for your help with this! It should be a great Gathering!   :)

    @dsfdogs- it is "officially" Thursday thru Sunday, but some are coming early and some staying Sunday night as well.  Glad you get to come!

    @dsfdogs- Sounds great!  Can't wait to actually meet you face to face!  Be sure to get on to make your reservation on Thursday... These book up pretty fast.  That being said, we missed making our reservations last year (were on an eclipse trip and had no cell/internet).  Were able to get a "no utilities" site, and then kept watching and changed to one with hook-ups when it became available.  We were so glad!  This is a really fun event with great people!

    As of May 15 at 7AM reservations are now open for Washington State Campgrounds. 

    Here is the link to the Roster List sheet and additional information about sites, schedule, etc.   Please click on the link below to enter your info......this list is just so we know you are planning to join in.  This google doc is  to track participation.  It does not reserve your campsite!

    @Dalehelman- They only take reservations from May 15 on... prior to that is first come first serve/ non reservable.  Today, make your reservation for the site you want for May 15 thru whatever day you are leaving.  Then go on May13th and hope no one is staying in your site for Mon and Tuesday.
