Alde on 2018 320s: not heating after de-winterizing

we used our alde last fall then winterized for winter. Last week we dewinterized and everything is working but the alde. I am trying to troubleshoot but no avail and looking for support.
Fuse not blown, hooked up to 30amp shoreline power, only using electric (not combo electric/gas), power at receptacle, hose levers all in proper position according to manual. I am not sure how to check glycol but I did not drain that last year.
What should I check next?

If it's not the hidden fuses on top of the Alde itself, it could be the thermal fuse on the circuit board.  I keep a jumper 12 gauge wire and alligator clips to clip around that one in an emergency.  Easy to make one at a hardware store

Is it plugged in? Look under the seat where the Alde is and make sure the black electrical cord is plugged into the 120 volt outlet.

@db_cooper , do you have any photos of how (and where on the board) you hook up the jumper cable?

    Do you have a 320  (?model?) or a 400?
Do you have the digital display?  Is that working?
Did you check the 2 Alde fuses located under the plastic lid AND the 12 v fuse in the fuse box?  Assuming you have a 320, if it is plugged in under the bench, try it on LPG.

Thank you, @db_cooper .   It really helps to have a photo, so I will copy it and hang on to it.

No! That's not the thermal fuse. That's a diode. (I have no idea what jumpering that diode would do!) @Bayliss.

@db_cooper you should probably edit your post so no one follows it by mistake!  ;)

The thermal fuse is here, in this photo.

    Please check that referenced thread.

Thanks @db_cooper, hope I didn't sound like I was jumping down your throat. I was rushing to prevent someone's catastrophic Alde explosion!  =)

If you jumper the thermal fuse F2, please consider that a very short term attempt only to find out whether the fuse is bad, not a permanent fix. That fuse is the last line of defense against the Alde incinerating itself.

I would open up the area that holds the Alde and see if you have glycol in the tank or to see if you have had a crack in the tank over the winter.  The glycol should be according to what I have read here, between the minimum & maximum line.

    Probably was a fuse.

If the glycol reservoir was dry, there would be no heat.
