German T@B Metropolis (400) build video

Quite a bit different than the NuCamp factory layout.

Not that it's anything that applies to most of us B), but the EU hitch system with retractable wheel is interesting:

That is the same jockey wheel and surge brake system used on the DM T@Bs.  The coupler locking system is a bit different.

Thats a very cool video. I've gotten used to the hitch, jockey wheel setup on my 2005 and have come to like it.

The German’s are using a traditional assembly line, like we used to build cars.
They also are using a two part roof assembly, and a bolted frame and roof frame assembly.  I prefer nuCamp’s approach with a one piece welded aluminum frame for the roof and front/rear and a one piece aluminum skin over the frame assembly.  Both are built from the inside out, so that is the same technique.

With its aluminum under frame, and lighter build on the trailer frame, the German TaB400 version is going to be lighter constructed and weigh less than ours.

It is a cool video, but running a bit fast to get much details.
