Where is my PUK?

My Victron 75/10 lost its Bluetooth connection. When I try to re-pair it, the app wants me to enter the unit’s PUK number. I cannot find it anywhere. Victron says it’s on a sticker near the heat sink, but I have no sticker unless I have to unscrew the unit from the bulkhead. Any suggestions?

Victron is a great tech company, but some of their stuff is.....nuts.  This ( and other threads) say it is on the BACK of the unit.  There may be a label inside the documentation for your unit.  Can't be more user unfriendly.

Thanks. Guess I’ll unscrew the unit and see if there’s anything there. If so, that number is definitely getting written down in the manual!

We had to take out the drawer and then take the controller off the wall to find the PUK on the back of the unit.

yes, you need to remove the controller from the bulkhead, to see the number.  I suggest you take a photo of it for future reference.

The default PIN is 6 zeros, you can then change it afterwards if you so desire.

BTW, we also have a 2020 400 BDL but it has the 75/15 Controller which is what I suspect that you have also since it is factory installed standard.

@Dutch061 for some reason even the default 6-zero PIN doesn’t work - the app wants the PUK. I’ll just have to unscrew it and check for the number.

I have a 320 which I think has a smaller panel (133W vs. 190?) than the 400, so maybe that’s why they used the 75/10.

We look forward to hearing how you reconnect. We have tried everything suggested and it still will not connect for us.
