Brand new battery not working

When plugged into shore power, all things work.  Just had a brand new battery put in and nothing works.

Thoughts?

Thanks, all!

What trailer and what year?  Send us a picture of the battery connections.  They are easy to confuse.  Have you checked the
    1:  Battery cutoff switch?
    2: Fuse at the Battery?

There is another battery fuse in the converter you might need to check.
The 30 amp fuse at the battery is the very first thing in this file:

What rig do you own? Presume it's not a new rig as you said you had a new battery put it. Don't have much to go on here but start with basics. What type of battery(ies)? Have you put a volt meter on it to ensure it's 100% charged? Battery switch on? Checked the 30amp fuse and battery terminals? Presume you don't have solar and thus rely on the built-in panel for status?

More often than not when it's a full systems issue liek this it's typically something fairly simple and/or easier to trace.

I was having the same issue just last week. It was the 30a fuse in the converter to all the way in.

Are you sure brand new battery is hooked up? When I was driving a big truck, was in Chicago area and had the batteries replaced at a shop. They didn't hook all the wires back up, truck started but the aux genset didn't.

I would start with what was messed with and make sure it is all as should be before going too far down the troubleshooting trail.

......or, they connected the wires correctly.  Confirm that the negative wire (white in photo below) is connected to the negative post, and the wire with the 30-amp inline fuse (red & green wires in photo) are connected to the positive post.

Thanks for all the replies.  It's a 2015 CS-S. I will get pics shortly.  I am unsure of where to check for some of the things you all have mentioned.  I did, however, locate the 30amp fuse, but it is covered in a wax - type covering

The battery 30 amp fuse holder has a cap that lifts off.

    Good stuff, @Sharon_is_SAM. Thanks.

Just recently went to the local auto parts store and, using the list of fuses required for the T@B 400, purchased twin back ups for virtually all fuses. Had to order a few others online as most auto parts stores don't carry the slow-blow or KLKD types.

Comforting to have those on board. Take up very little space. Nothing can send a camping trip sideways like a $3 part going bad. But...I alway have aluminum foil on hand. Makes an emergency fuse if needed!  ;)
