Outside shower not hot

Does anyone have suggestions for getting hot water to work in the outside shower of our 2019 400? We have adjusted everything we can think of (thanks for several threads on the forum) but still taking cold showers. Water temp is 133 degrees and works well inside the trailer at all locations. Thanks.

Check the hot water shut off valve under the closet locker floor, follow the red pipe to the valve in the far right hand corner, it may have been shut off, so no hot water to the outside shower. There is also a cold water (blue line) shut off valve.

@Denny16 thanks for your suggestion. I turned the valves on and off but didn’t make any difference in outside shower temp or flow of water (not sure I understand that?). Here is a picture to make sure I’m turning the correct valve (under the fridge/drawer in our model- no closet). Thx

Is hot water getting to the pipes at the outdoor shower box?

OK, next remove the outdoor shower unit, requires unscrewing and pulling the assembly out carefully. See if the hot water is connected to the mixing valve?
You may have a defective shower mixing valve or ?

No. I don’t believe so.2019 T@B 400BD, 2019 Ford Ranger2008 Jeep Liberty, Southern CA desert

@gbart, I do not know if you can access it easily, but can you post a photo of the water line connections on the back side of the outdoor shower, and, if possible, how they connect to the hot and cold water pex lines inside your trailer?
I am not familiar with those connections on the 400 (presumably, they are the same as on the 320 S), but in the photo you provided above, I do not see a water line going from the "hot" (i.e., red) pex line. I am curious, because I only see two white water lines, and both are connected to cold (i.e., "blue") pex lines; one is connected to the water pump, but I can't tell where the other one goes. [I could be wrong, but I am assuming that the white water line with the blue stripe on the left side of the photo leads to the fresh water holding tank?]2019 T@B 320 S Boondock Lite; 2025 Toyota Tundra CrewMax 4x4

the red and blue Pex limes go to the outdoor shower unit. The while line with the stripe is the fres water fill line on the side of the trailer, the large accordion tube next to it the vent line. The outdoor shower unit connections are behind the wash room sink unit. You need to remove the sink unit to access the outdoor shower connections from inside the trailer.

@Denny16 you are spot on with your explanation of the water lines and I suspect your isolation of the problem. I will pull the outdoor shower box this weekend. Any idea where to get a replacement shower box if it is defective?@Bayliss the red hot water feed from the mixing valve is hidden in the picture above but you can see it elbow across the floor towards the wheel well and up to the outdoor shower line (and also back to the low pt hot water drain).@pthomas745 I answered that hot water wasn’t getting to the shower box but I’m guessing I won’t know until I pull the box. Thanks to all!2019 T@B 400BD, 2019 Ford Ranger2008 Jeep Liberty, Southern CA desert

The shower boxes are pretty standard boxes. I swear there was a discussion of a mixing valve buried inside the guts of the shower box, but I can't find the post. This is a search for "rv outdoor shower" from Amazon. Plenty of other vendors sell them.

Contact nuCamp parts, and they can give you the part number and you can order a replacement through the dealer or buy one of the similar units that fit in the same space from on line trailer parts dealers.

@pthomas745, I think this may be the "mixing valve" discussion you are referring to. It starts with information provided on page 1 by @Mr_Mrs_Gnome, and continues after that.
This is the outside shower I have on my 2019 320 S Boondock Lite. It is also available in black:
If there is a separate mixing valve for the shower, and if it is not part of the shower head itself as mentioned in the above discussion thread (which, I don't see how it could be), my guess is that it is contained within one of these parts of the shower. Regardless, it does not appear that there is anything capable of being adjusted:

Problem solved. Turned out the hot and cold lines were switched at the outdoor shower box (in spite of repeated assurances to my wife that I had checked out both faucets!) Thanks for everyone’s help isolating the problem. Sorry for delay in answering, very limited connectivity deep in the Sierra Mtns near Yosemite. Either nuCamp has some new employees or employees new to their current job on the assembly line, they are making rookie mistakes, like switching water lines on the outdoor shower, or the black tank flush lines. This along with factory solar panels that are not wired or not wired properly have also been cropping up on new units. With the slowdown due to parts availability, this might be a good time for nuCamp to conduct some training for employees who are new to their jobs...
