Better Alde plug

To prevent the 'bounce' from loosening our Alde plug, to make it lower profile, and to remove the extra wire from the compartment, I replaced the Alde plug with this one...

Ditto, @ChanW.  We'll probably be seeing your version on future T@Bs.  No more plug slipping out of the outlet.

A better option would be a 120VAC, 20 amp locking receptacle and plug, same size, just rotates and locks in place.

Well, I was trying to avoid my usual overkill on this!. A hospital grade receptacle would hold the plug tighter too...

But this has worked great for 7 or 8 years - absolutely, has stayed just as you see it!...  B)

True, a hospital receptacle would also work.

I really like the way your 90 degree plug provides cord strain relief compared to the stock Alde plug @ChanW!

My 'To Do' list just seems to keep growing with the excellent system analysis from folks like you.

Yes, the 320 Alde plugs have that history of shaking loose.  Good idea @ChanW.

You mean things have a tendency to shake when towed???? =)  I like the right angle plug, and if that one gets loose you could sling a zip tie around it and the receptacle box.  I'll be doing the same thing when I put mine back together.
