We just purchased a 2005 T@B 320 and the hitch wheel looks to be in pretty bad shape. We'd like to replace it before heading out on the road next week. Does anyone know the size and best place to purchase another? We are on Ontario, Canada. TIA!

If just the wheel is bad, something like this makes a good replacement.  A 5 inch long bolt 5/8 in diameter is needed for an axel.10 Solid Rubber Tire

Upon further examination....the metal on the bottom of the jack where the wheel is, looks to be slightly cracked. We will be travelling a lot and need it to be safe. Our tire guy who just serviced our Jeep had a look at it and said it might be an idea to replace the entire thing (green and red arrows) as the top is also missing a handle to make it easier to turn. He said we could check out Trailer World here in Ontario....OR is there a place that sells vintage T@B (2005) jacks?

We are hoping to get on the road in the next week and there's a few things that need to be fixed but I am wondering short of ordering an entire new jack, would a jack foot suffice? Long or short? I'm not sure a jack from Harvest, AL would be received on time (I am in Canada)...

Aside from not allowing you to roll the TaB into a desired position, a Jack foot works well.

The ALKO tongue jack on the DM T@Bs does not have a removable foot or wheel.  Some similar size wheel and axel retrofit is the only quick fix.

The bottom tube with the wheel attached came right out and off when the jack was high. Someone else on YouTube said they remove their wheel while driving as it is illegal in some states to keep it on while on the highways.... ?

That works with the later nüCamp built TaBs, but the DM TaBs with the AL-KO Jockey Wheel, the jack shaft And wheel assembly are one welded up unit, and the wheel retracts up into the area in front of the hitch, giving the proper ground clearance whilst towing.

@t@TravelinStovetop, I would just replace the Jack shaft and wheel with a replacement unit.  For a temp fix, you might be able to weld the crack?
