Looking for the circa 2019 factory spare tire mount that goes in front.  See attached photo.

Want to get spare tire out from under rear of trailer - will be traveling fire roads/Jeep trails/gravel campgrounds this year, a little extra clearance very helpful.

If you can't find the OEM cage, there other other options for accomplishing the same thing. This was a popular mod several years ago. It uses a standard (and inexpensive) spare tire carrier clamped to the jack tube. The carrier is just for stability--the weight of the tire is mostly carried by the trailer frame.

Interesting. I can say my jack tube carrier (per my previous photo) has worked flawlessly for eight seasons. IIRC I did snug up the clamp bolts once a year or two ago.

I did the @ScottG mod using muffler clamps to secure it to the jack tube.  I allow the tire to rest lightly on the frame so as to limit stress on the jack tube. I check the bolts at the start of camping season and occasionally after that.

ScottG, have seen this type of mount before.  Parts list, or links?  Want to avoid buying/returning stuff as much as possible.  nuCamp support termed it 'aftermarket' and wished me luck...

Not for everyone, but there's always the back of the trailer. @mmcneil72 we moved ours from under the back for the same ground clearance reason as you. With a tongue spare mount we'd never be able to swing open our Jeeps back door. Our jack is an Ultimate Trailer Jack that gets removed while on the road.

Our 320 is a clam shell with the outside kitchen, so no rear racks/mounts/etc.  The cook doesn't like it!

Ours is a 2019 CSS.  2 1/4" muffler clamps worked great (without rubber or plastic padding).  Our mount was nearly identical to the HaulMaster spare tire mount found at Harbor Freight.  Here's the thread that inspired (guided) our mod.  https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/6677/spare-tire-moved-to-tongue-detail-and-pics#latest
