During a recent adventure the cover for my refrigerator vent disappeared. My local dealer is clueless, and last I heard we could not contact NuCamp direct. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?

I'd guess that you'll face the same problem finding one as discussed in this thread. https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/17903/cover-for-exterior-refrigerator-vents-on-t-b-320s  I did find this special order listing: https://www.partswarehouse.com/Norcold-Vent-Door-Assy-Polar-White-p/NRC-638406PW.htm but that order status doesn't bode well for it being available since nobody shows it as in stock.

After scouring the internet and following the provided links, it appears I’m going to have to get very creative. Any suggestions?

If your searches has not found the part number it is Norcold 638406PW.
It seems to be pure luck if anyone can still find one in retail stock.

If it was my rig . . . would review dimensions of every wall vent available and select one that requires the least amount of TAB exterior Wall cutting/filling.

If that was not doable (for my skill set) another approach would be to create a wood or metal frame that fits into the old vent-door space - - -  and cover it with a screen.

Unfortunately the RV industry builders & vendors are like the auto industry, once a make/model is out<br>of production or consumer favor they stop stocking spares. If your 2025 model car is not nearly identical<br>to the 2024 model then you are off to a junk yard for spare parts - - - - while RV junk yards are few<br>and far between.<br><br>I understand why businesses cannot stock spares for everything for ever . . . would be nice if they would<br>at least do a final production over build so replacement/spares stock would be available to cover a<br>far amount of the original products lifespan.

I removed our 3-way fridge and replaced it with a 12V, so no ventilation was needed. I ended up replacing the vents with boat port doors. It was a fair amount of work, but like @MuttonChops said, it may be possible to modify the opening and replace your vents with something better and more readily available.

Sadly, I already "gave forward" my old vents to someone in your situations.

A replacement Norcold 638406PW refrigerator vent is as easy to find as "Hen's Teeth" After many hours of searching I opted to go a different route. From Amazon I ordered Fits 12x6 Duct Opening | Aluminum Return Air Grille by Handua | Vent Cover Grill for Sidewall and Ceiling | Rust Free | Durable Powder Coating | HVAC Cold Air Intake Grille | White - Amazon.com. It took a little modifying with a Jig Saw and I had add new mounting screws, but I am rather pleased with the results. In fact I plan to order another so the two vents match. (I Had never noticed before that the two original vents are not square to each other. I'll have to adjust the upper vent when I install it)

Cherokee, bolting the OEM cover in place is an excellent idea. But my cover is on I-10 somewhere between Big Bend and Houston. So, I had to come up with Plan B.

Thanks - I used speed nuts to hold it in place.I lost mine in a cross wind in Arizona cumming back from Big Bend too:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzb8FRAA1Bs&amp;t=13s

These vents look much better when matched ! Now you have 6 fasteners holding them in-place. Hopefully, they have as much free area as the stock vents.Regardless, a little fan behind the top vent will improve air-flow.

@BogieMeister By any long chance do you still have one of the covers sitting around?  One of the owners on the FB pages has a 3D printer and a couple of owners have asked for a copy of this type of cover.  What they need to print one is very specific measurements.
Do you still have the original cover?

Hi! Im new here, and I recently reverse engineered the vent cover (for a 2018 NuCamp T@B 320 S) and 3D printed a test and it works great!
If you're interested please let me know.

The cover needs to be printed in 2 pieces, and glued together due to size limitations of my 3D printer.
I can also print these in black. If you want a different color, let me know

    Heres what I would charge:
    Labor/Materials = $80 (+Shipping)
Hardware included ("Speed nuts" and bolts, works with existing frame)
