Have you checked your circuit breakers and the little red button on the interior outlet.
If they are all ok...Do you have the analog or digital thermostat and what setting do you have it set at.

Also possible that you blew a fuse in the Alde or tripped a breaker in your house. Out if curiosity, how long has it been on?

Under the seat where the Alde resides, check the plug. Sometimes it sneaks out of the socket.

Also if you have the digital controller, make sure you have the electric setting turned on.  I don't have the ability to upload a photo right now, but it should be on the first menu screen toward the bottom above the propane setting.

As you have probably already deduced from the comments thus far, any one of a dozen plus things could be to blame for a non-functioning Alde...

Another thing to consider that the Alde circuitry still needs 12V power even when you are running on house current. If your converter isn't working, or if the 12V blade fuse to the Alde is blown, nothing will work. Same goes for the two hidden fuses to which jkjenn alluded--they are located on the Alde itself near where the 12V line from the converter attaches.
