I suspect anyone who contacts them with Air8 issues, NuCamp will have a solution. Probably an upgraded Air8 that I’ve seen discussed here that fits in the same space. That’s just the kind of company they are. All in all, since that’s the only issue we’ve had in over 6000 miles with our 2020 400 BDL (that gets bounced all over the place) , we’re extremely pleased with their quality and customer service. You go on other sites of “expensive well made luxury” brands and hear of leaking roofs, constant maintenance needs, difficult approval process to get warranty service, poor customer support, cabinets coming off, high repair costs, various quality issues. We have had NONE of that. We love our camper.
@Amazonica Oh wow. It’s a storage container specifically built in to store the sewer hose? Mine definitely does not have that. Can you post a photo, I’d love to see where they put that. In my back under the bed I have the general outside storage compartment, the Air8, batteries and Alde.
Yes, and I think it would work for just the hose part but I like to leave my 90 degree elbow on. The tube is straight. I use it to store my long handled cleaning brush. Never have put the stinky slinky in it.

@Missstsomewhere@Denny16 My 2020 T@B 400 has the sewer hose storage “pipe” as well as the Alde Flo system. The Alde Flo does not interfere with the ability to locate the gray storage pipe. It was “born” in June 2019.
Yes, in this photo, the battery/inverter and Alde Flow unit are where the sewer hose holder pipe was. You can shift the main Alde unit forward and just squeeze in the Flo unit in front of the sewer hose storage pipe. The enclosed box in the rear is the Alde heat exchanger.

I see the difference now. Looks like in order to install that new valve control panel and its plumbing, NuCamp had to sacrifice the sewer hose storage and shift the Alde components to the rear.
Just took deliver of a 2020 standard with small fridge and got the Air8. It has the Alde Flow and the sewer hose storage. We will be tracking the Air8 performance and will definitely record a warranty claim if not up to expectations.

I was scanning through this thread (again) in anticipation of our 400 coming in late March - and noticed in this picture, what appears to be a MaxxAir fan cover, or is that the standard fantastic fan cover in disguise?
It’s actually called the Alde Flow (with a W) as in “water flows through it.” I believe anything with the 3020 has it. (Correcting so no misinformation is out there).
