You might delete this but I'm gonna say it anyway, be thoughtful and kind at UCamp. Aren't we one big T@B loving family? I would hope that uCamp veterans would be welcoming and inclusive. Can you ever have too many friends that love something as much as we love T@Bs? We've always been on the fence about going after my experiences in the Facebook group but this confirmed my worries.
We have friends that went for the first time in 2024 and they thought it was very cliquish and did not feel welcome. In fact they sat down at a table and someone walked up and said "oh I guess we're gonna have to move now" because they and their friends always sat there. These friends also tried Tabazona and said same experience.
And just FYI these folks are outgoing and interesting and amazing and thoughtful and we are honored to be friends with them.

So sorry to hear this. My dear friend Cindy and I started T@Bazona in 2016 and have watched it grow over the years. She is very active with RVW (RV Women) and is a member of their welcoming committee. That committee's sole purpose is to make sure new members are welcomed and acclimated to the event. Perhaps Mandy and Kendrick, who now run T@Bazona and the NuCamp rally, should consider a similar idea.

We finally found the time to try and attend one of the nucamp rallies and wow, we lucked out and got tickets for the August 2025 rally. Told in Feb we would be contacted about camp reservations, then told by Mar 17 and still no word. We were told that VIPs get first offers of camp sites. Who exactly are VIPs? My gut is telling me that by the time we get a call, the only sites left might be less than desirable.
@Blueespy - not sure who told you that VIPS get first choice, but, that does not seem accurate. Certainly those who signed up early have been guaranteed a campsite. I know that nuCamp has tried to change their sign up to allow newcomers to have a better chance to participate. Not sure how they handled this year’s registration.
Received this "Update" today. IMO they are all good sites, some better than others depending on your priorities. Patience...
Dear nuCamp Family,
Atwood Lake Park has started reaching out to attendees to book campsites for uCamp. These calls are taking longer than expected because many attendees have questions. To help the process go smoothly, here are a few reminders and updates:
Campground Sections at a Glance
Area H: The largest section with 142 full hookup sites, concrete pads, electric (50-amp, 30-amp, and 110v power), and parking. Includes lakefront views, a playground, restrooms, showers, laundry, and a pavilion with a fire pit. The trees here are small and do not provide shade, with some larger trees on the edges.
Areas B & C / A & G: Full hookups (50-amp, 30-amp, and 110v power) with concrete pads, restrooms, and showers. Minimal shade, with some larger trees on the edges.
Area F: 30-amp electric-only sites on grass or gravel. Includes a shower house, restrooms, and a dump station. Some trees provide shade.
Areas E & 30-amp electric-only sites on grass or gravel. No on-site restrooms or showers, but facilities are available in nearby Area B. Some trees provide shade. Dump station is nearby at the start of the F Loop.

Camping with Friends? Plan Ahead!
If you’re camping with friends, be sure to share your campsite numbers with each other. Atwood is getting a lot of questions about who is camping where, and sorting this out ahead of time will help speed up the process.
Most uCamp events will take place at either the main tent or the Activity Building (which is airconditioned). Check your uCamp map for locations.
Missed a Call? Don’t Worry!
If you miss Atwood’s call, they’ll leave you a voicemail so you can call them back. If you receive a call from an unknown number without a voicemail, it wasn’t Atwood.
Thanks @rfuss928! I think this venue will accommodate everyone who wants to attend and will have more reliable utilities compared to the Sugarcreek venue.

What timing....right after reading your post (I got that same email) I received a call from the Camp Ground. What was sort of surprising when she said "oh we have lots and lots of open sites, so wherever you want to stay, just pick". Now I have to finish planning the stops and route. We hope to head North afterwards and then follow the Mississippi South to home "Great River Road Trip".
Out of curiosity, was there one charge for Ucamp and another for Atwood? How much for the Ucamp if the answer is yes.
Yes, uCamp tickets were purchased through Eventbrite, about $270 for a pair. Atwood calls you afterwards to make your specific site reservations. Prices vary based on the type of site and how long you stay. There was a separate charge for uCamp and camping also the two times we went to Winklepleck. I believe this accommodated those that camped at another site because Winklepleck wasn't big enough.

Please Wait for Atwood to Call You
We know you’re excited, and we are too! But please do not call Atwood—they have many attendees to reach, and this process takes time.
If you haven’t heard from Atwood by May 15, email us at ucamp@nucamprv.com, and we’ll follow up.
Thank you for your patience—we can’t wait to see you at uCamp!
Happy camping,
The uCamp Team
