I have a pickup truck with a bed cover, just wondering if the 12v fridge would have a problem cooling properly with the bed cover closed? I know it gets warm in the bed especially in the summer. Does anyone have any experiences traveling with your fridge in a covered pickup bed?

I crate my girl (fur baby) and her crate takes up a large portion of the backseat area. I can *squeeze* the fridge back there too, but it's not ideal.
I too think the ARB fridge will be fine in a covered truck bed. I've had it for many thousand miles in Wranglers that have gone roofless and in all kinds of weather and offroad conditions. Those fridges are made to suffer.
Has anyone added a power outlet to a truck bed?
