Love the age groupings, first time I've been in the youngest group in a long time.

Damn! Here I thought I was special. How'd I end up in the most popular group?

Looks to me like Tab 320 owners skew younger than 400 owners…2021 400 BD / 2016 VW Touareg / Austin, TX

Very interesting. Thanks for doing this.Yanni Lazarus 2020 T@B320S, 2018 RAV4 Adventure, Central CT

Keep in mind, the 400 has only been around for 5 model years. And, this poll excluded those under 60. It would be interesting to see the numbers of owners under 60. I know the industry has been factoring a younger crowd into their marketing.Binghi said:Looks to me like Tab 320 owners skew younger than 400 owners…Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio -

Well, I guess I am special, as I’m in the next to the least popular grop (TaB over 70)AnOldUR said:Damn! Here I thought I was special. How'd I end up in the most popular group?

Not that long ago I had a passion for running. The twist was looking forward to getting older and being competitive in the new age group. In a little over a year I’ll be coming after you in the 70 and up’s.Denny16 said:I’m in the next to the least popular group (TaB over 70)

Nice, I had to stop running when I was 59, due to DJD, and overuse of my joints.

Wow. Half of all owners who responded are in their 60's. That is a pretty narrow target range. (Or perhaps the younger owners don't have the time to respond to surveys?)2021 T@b 400 Boondock

If I had a family with a kid or two plus a dog or two, I'd want a camper larger than any of the T@Bs. Plus I'd have less disposable income. Maybe that's why the T@B owners skew older.Gherzig said:Wow. Half of all owners who responded are in their 60's. That is a pretty narrow target range. Yes, the TaBs have two markets, primary, the older retired or empty nester’s groups, and some younger adults without children, who want a small quality camper. But mostly the older market reaching out to those ready for Glamping instead of tent trailers or tent camping, which are more for the younger crowd.

I've always been a bit outside the mainstream. Wife and I are in our early 40's with 2 teens, and while most of our trips leave the kids at home, we still manage to get all 4 of us sleeping in the Tab 400 when we do go. A thin mattress on the floor and this thing sleeps 4 (+ dog!).
