    @Mouseketab, weird that they put your picnic table in your neighbor's driveway, or did they expect you to share?  That would likely be my least favorite too.

    Our picnic table was in that enclosed platform up above our campsite. The utilities were hard to reach for us, had to walk around to the neighbors campsite to hookup and the bath house was up a hill. Not really good for accessibility. (I always request a site that is handicapped accessible and close to the bath house for hubby, but they didn't honor it this time.) The chirt site surface was a muddy mess and not well maintained.

    Ok I may cheating :-) - as there is no T@B or setup in sight. But this is where our T@B brought us this week, Myrtle Beach State Park. And here is why this photo is so special. We thought about getting a camper last year and everyone told us about how hard it was to book sights, so I asked my wife, “where would you want go camping next year?” She said, “Myrtle Beach” - a childhood camping destination since she is from South Carolina. So I booked it. That fall we fell in love with the T@B, ordered one, and here we are! Magic! Next stop is Dreher Island State Park. Promise to have a setup pic next…

    Yes it was hot last week.  Here we are in the New Discovery State Park of the Groton State Forest in Central Vermont.  There are actually six state parks in this one large state-owned forest area.  We stayed in the Stillwater State Park a couple of years ago.  While there we toured around and took a look at all the other places.  The ranger at New Discovery saw our window tag from Stillwater and said; Stillwater is the park for the Schlitz and motorboat crowd.  We are the park for the kayak and granola crowd.
