I just wanted to share this as I am gobsmacked!  I called nuCamp to arrange for service during UCamp 18 and was told that Austin is out of town.  Come to find out he actually had to fly somewhere to do a repair!  I don’t know what the circumstances were, but that is going above the call of duty in my book!

    That’s great! I had the fridge upper outside vent cover disappear on the way to Wenatchee last Thursday. I called NuCamp and Whitney is sending me a new one, coming this week. Sorry Austin won’t be there, but you will be in good hands either way!

    Austin replaced the floor in SUNT@B in 2016.  Even with an unexpected needed frame repair the promised schedule and price were met.  Several weeks of covered storage were included to accommodate Great Lakes winter travel avoidance.

    The work was outstanding and the personal service the best I have experienced!

    I am a DIY guy and the project was within my reach.  I have a critical eye looking to see if things were done the way I would have.  I'm glad I let Austin do it!

    Apparently they won't call my dealer back about my warped door.  I wonder why?

    You Can also fill out the Warranty request form here on the NU Camp site.  This documents it and you will be contacted.
