2022 TAB 320 CS-S Kitchen Remodel
We were in search of a larger Fridge for our Nu Camp TAB 320 CS-S, We already had a 73 Quart ARB fridge that was much larger and more efficient than the stock fridge. So I decided to remove the old fridge and stove as we didn't really use the stove or Microwave. Here are the final touches. Notes On Reusing Bungee Cord Clips:
If you want to re-use your old bungee cords from Organized Obie, I thought I should provide a bit more detail on how I removed & re-used their metal clips. However, if you want to avoid this, you could just cut the metal clips off & add a new clip to rejoin the ends after threading the cord through the fabric. Try googling "shock cord clamps crimps" for some sources of metal crimp clamps.
If you're handy with tools and want to reuse the old clamps, here's some advice on how I proceeded, using pliers, visegrips, bench vise, and a chisel or large sharp nail..
First, you need to identify which side of the metal clip is the open side where you can separate the two halves of the clamp, in order to open one of them to release the cord..
Next, use an old chisel, screwdriver or large sharp nail to drive between the two halves with a hammer to separate & pry them apart enough to grip one side with visegrips..
With one side locked in the vice (or a second pair of visegrips, I then used visegrips to bend one side open to about 90 degrees..
Next, I clamped the stretched cord in the vise to hold one side, so that I could drive a sharp nail inside the bent clip to open it up & free the cord. Note that one side was always bent more flat, while the other was more open & more rounded looking, which made it the easier side to open..
After removing the bungee cord, I spent a little time using the vise, visegrips, & pliers to bend and restore the toothed metal end to a more rounded shape to fit the cord when it's time to reattach the ends.
After weaving the cord through the edges of the fabric, I then used the visegrips to squeeze the metal clamp tight around the cord. Then I gently squeezed the two halves of the clip back together. I always bent the metal slowly, a bit at a time, to avoid breaking it.
PS:
When reattaching the cord, pay attention to which direction the cord is going, as you don't want to have to take it apart again! (Don't ask me how I know this.
)

Thank you for taking the time to respond my question and provide the associated links. I will make the change to lithium the next battery change out, but for now will stay with AGM's.

Thanks Horigan. Well, I was able to get the battery re-balanced this morning. It occurred to me that the WFCO might be interfering with the IP 65. Sure enough. I kept the camper battery switch in the off position so the WFCO had no power. I plugged the camper into our house outlet and plugged the IP 65 into a 110 v outlet in the camper. The IP 65 then allowed a charge in absorption (rebalancing) range of 14.26 v for 30 minutes. I then re-set the SOC to 100 percent, unplugged the camper and IP 65 and the battery can just rest for the winter. I feel better getting that done - even if there's no need to re-balance the cells. I probably will go for the larger battery. But in the meantime, my BB is healthy.

Think of it this way: pulling the fuse between the controller and the battery turns the controller off. Pulling the fuse between the panel and the controller stops the panel from sending power to the controller.LauraC said:2025 T@b 360. Since I've beaten a dead horse on the Facebook page - one more question over here. I've confirmed via another post/thread on here that the green wire with a fuse holder and 30 Amp fuse on my battery positive terminal goes to the Victron solar controller. So, is this wire that looks the same and is in front of the solar controller the fuse for the panels? And, is it these fuses that must be inserted in the correct order in the spring to make sure everything works properly? nuCamp said in the spring I insert the battery side first (controller) then the one near the controller (panels). Photo of fuse near controller attached. And, after the fuses are in I then turn on the battery and uncover the solar panels? I just want to get this right now while I'm thinking about it. I'll keep notes to refer to in the spring.
So in the spring, you want to boot up the controller first before it starts trying to figure out what to do with any electricity that's fed into it from the panel. To boot up controller, connect it to the battery by putting that fuse back in. You'll see the Bluetooth light start blinking and you'll be able to connect to the controller with your Victron app. Then you reconnect the panel to the solar controller by inserting the fuse in your photo.

On my '23 400 that came standard with the Goodyear Endurance tires, the factory plate on the tongue indicated 65lb pressure.
