    An external hard drive needs to be connected to a computer first, most radio/dvd players do not have the ability to stream off a hard drive directly.

    I found some info. on hooking up my roku via a 12v cable and using my phone as a hotspot for the roku.
    My roku has a usb port on the side which i can plug in my hard drive and play the movies using the roku media app. should work. Here is the cable link: https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Powering-Roku-Eliminates-Adapter/dp/B014QC1RFE

    Thanks for the added details.  The Roku is the host computer with software to stream the hard drive media.  I was referring to connecting a hard drive directly to a Jensen radio/TV.

    Found a mini-DVD player that fits into the open slot and plays on the Jensen television and gets sound (trifecta) ! 4 year old Granddaughter has every Disney DVD known to mankind and has had three sleepovers with us so far and calls our T@b her “movie theater”!

    Cost $45 on amazon, and I had to buy a micro USB connector. Says it won’t play blue-Ray, so not perfect. Setup was two minutes and pic quality is good. Will disconnect and box up when we are traveling, as I can’t attest to its durability Amazon Celhoit brand, search mini DVD player hdmi

    Has anyone with the JWM20 Cube been able to confirm if while watching TV over antenna/cable if the sound comes out of the stereo speakers? I think this would be possible if the Cube is on "Aux" but would like someone out in the wild to confirm as my Tab 400 is still on order.

    I have solved Bluetooth hangups by using the paper-clip reset. Shouldn't have to do it so often, but it usually works.

    If one loads a movie on a USB stick, would that play through the cube to the TV?

    @oneta..download the jensen manual..if it's a 2021 google "jwm22"...sorry can't provide the link...great resource
