How many Dale Helman mods do you have?

Dale has contributed so much to improving our T@b experience, I thought it would be fun for Dale to see how manuly of us have his mods at work.

I have the fishing rod flag pole holder, am working on the window guard, and have made arrangements to pick up one of his plates to do the leveling jack mod.

None yet, but I want to do the single dump mod at some point.  If I were closer to Ucamp by 2000 miles we'd be gettin' 'er done!

I voted 3, but then realized I have four:
    1.  P-trap replacement
    2.  Rear wire shelf
    3.  Door strut
    4.  Drill jack handle replacement
    Probably more coming.
Not the first time I've said this, but thanks again, Dale!  👍👏

I see what you are doing there, trying to flush me out of hiding.😎

@Dalehelman you are an amazing mentor and definitely the King of Tab mods! I just used my tank flush mod this afternoon. Works like a charm! I’m usuing the safety pin to keep the pipe insulation piece from disappearing down the tube. Since I know it works I’m going to attach it with silicone on the bottom half, keeping the top flexible for various hose widths. It’s a great backflow preventer!

We have none yet but should be coming back from ÜCamp 18 with 4. P-trap replacement, single dump valve mod, jack handle mod, and coleman 15' x 15' dome with  custom leg extensions so the dome clears the t@b ih height. More to come. I think @Dalehelman is a tenured professor at t@b university. Either that, or he's Nücamp's west coast senior r & d consultant under a non-disclosure agreement. I vote we give him the platinum patch for t@b modification excellence.  Just sayin'.

It's gettin' to the point that I have a hard time keepin' track of all @Dalehelman's helpful hints & mods! A HUGE thanks to Dale for all the help & advise you've given to not only myself, but a lot of others as well. I feel very fortunate to have you close enough for "hands-on" help & pointers. :)

Not really a mod. I use the bed sleeping arrangement, that still allowes 1/2 of the floor space between benches. Thanks Dale!

Remember ....this IS. Your plumbing vent, and should not be sealed. Dies that rubber gasket press up against the door?

My version...what can’t be seen is that I epoxied window screen to the back of the lid to keep vermin & such from going thru the holes I drilled

@4ncar I do know it’s a vent for both tanks, and the cover is not sealed or airtight. It’s not a rubber gasket, it’s pipe insulation which is split at the top. It is not flush with the door. It’s also the same hatch recommended by @Dalehelman, reconfigured at my own risk. Thanks for your concern. 😊

Very cute and so is your window guard.
Do you plan on securing the ends similar to the way I did?

Yes, but after this trip...I need to cut more off of the metal strips and I ran out of time. The window film was disaster. I will just clean the window before putting the cover on, for now.
