My Tab 320s trim on the driver side back flew off while I was driving to camp yesterday. I was unable to retrieve it. How do I get replacement trim?? Thanks in advance. It pains me to see her without the trim piece.
That will have to come from nuCamp--through a dealer. Call nuCamp to get the part number and then order it through a dealer somewhere. Be sure you ask the price at the dealer before you order. Sometimes the dealers may get a little exuberant about their pricing. Most dealers will order for you and have it drop shipped to you.
@Llee Depending on the length of the piece, it may be cheaper to have it sent with their next Tab shipment. nuCamp does this all the time with heavier or bulky/awkward items, they just get put inside a Tab being delivered to the dealer anyway and then the dealer contacts you for pickup on arrival.

We had the same thing happen to us and I reached out to nuCamp. The following was their response:
Hello,
1” white screw cover – part id 78-90-7207
Thanks so much for reaching out to your nuCamp family! Beginning January 2019, we are referring customers to contact a dealer for any additional or replacement part. With that said, any of our dealers will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining the part that you need. You will still be able to pay over the phone and have it drop shipped wherever you would like (home, dealer, alternative location).
I found the part on Amazon and had in hand in a couple of day. Here's the link to the product I purchased. Good luck.
@Llee, if you are referring to the black ABS trim, these discussion threads may provide some helpful info, at least as far as understanding how the trim is attached to the keder rail:
Since this is a known issue that supposedly was being addressed by nuCamp, you should contact them directly and see if they will supply the part(s) and reattachment instructions.
Referencing @Kermie: I don't think a 1" white screw cover is what OP had in mind. In any case, the only way to get an accurate part number is to get it from nuCamp. The dealer won't have access to the part number list of all the parts that make up a TAB and will almost certainly get it wrong--unless you are lucky enough to have a dealer near you and can sit with him while he tries to figure out what to order from nuCamp.
Some dealers do have the correct part numbers, or knows how to get them. Our dealer ordered a replacement trim piece (rear side piece) for our TaB400, and got the correct part directly from nüCamp. We didn’t need a part number, they had it. Cheers

I have heard good things about Missouri Teardrop. Another good dealer for parts and service is Miller Trailer Sales in Perkasie, PA. Patsy is a jewel in knowing which part is which.
Referencing @falcon1970 When I contacted our dealer, they actually directed me towards Amazon for the part. This happened during the pandemic and the dealer could not get the part form nuCamp at that time. What I ordered worked perfectly for my situation. My Keder rail had black trim but the screw covers use white.

@kermieYour CS-S has different trim from the S model, and what you lost is not the same part missing from Llee’s trailer. Their trailer lost part of the hard, moulded plastic trim, which is not made from vinyl. While the image is sideways, you can clearly see the end of the top piece (upper left side of the pic), then the empty section where the trim came off, then the matching bottom black plastic. That black plastic is a good 2 to 2 1/2” in diameter & is shaped to match the trailer; what you are recommending is flat and won’t work in this case. Which is a bummer, as that would be a faster delivery and probably cheaper part!
