Re: Anyone choose no propane stove and use induction plate?
My portable induction plate I use at home uses 1800 watts to cook (maximum). If you are always plugged in, or running a generator, it would work. From your batteries (I guess two of them for about 100 amp hours total) the induction would draw 150 amps, (1800 watts divided by 12v) so you would be limited to at most about 45 minutes of use before having to recharge your battery bank.
I'm assuming the 1800 watts on the induction.....you may be discussing one that uses much less power, so you need to put the wattage number of any induction into your plan.
Someone else will have to discuss whether a generator would let you run any other appliances while using the 1800 watt induction plate.

How to post a new question to the forum (for Newbies)
1: Select an appropriate category-if you’re uncertain, use a keyword in your question as a search term in the search field, upper right of the home page. Look at the Categories in the search returns and pick the category that makes the most sense to you. Return to the home page.
2: Tap on New Discussion at the top of the threads on the home page, select the category from the drop down list and type your question in the narrative box
3: Tap Post Discussion
Your question appears on the home page below discussions which are “pinned” in place. As additional new discussions are posted, each discussion drops down until it’s on page 2, then 3 etc. Your discussion will also appear in the Category you select and will move down that page more slowly.
If you want everyone to see a question, Don’t post by tapping on Activity-most of us don’t check that bulletin board or wall area every day so it will not be read, nor answered. Even if you do get an answer, it’s just one answer and discussions there aren’t very fruitful. It can happen, but you really want the Hive brain working to help you.
If you want to direct a question or comment to a specific member, read the instructions about how to send a private message which is in this same category.
Finally, Thanks to @ScottG, we now know the appropriate designation is Don’t Announce!

Re: Cargo bars. If you put a square block of wood 3/4" x 6" x 6" between the wall and the pole, it will not poke a hole in the wall. The block of wood will absorb the pressure.
Re: Post up some shots of your T@B set-up at the camp site! Part 2
Very nice @Verna. Where do you find a water hookup in the desert?
Re: New T@B 320 & 400 A/C
Cbusguy@ , the T@B 400 with the 2way fridge has moved the AC for sure (I've seen pictures). The 3way fridge layout design may or may not have moved the AC (I saw a picture of a unit claiming to be a 2020 without the moved AC and 3 way fridge).
Re: New Tab 400 purchase
What is your area? There is no magic, but you may have to travel a good distance, in most cases, the closer a dealer is to Ohio, the less transportation is, but unless you are also close to Ohio, not much realized savings after you travel to get it. Not sure on 2020 400's, BUT 2019 Boondock, Microwave and solar plus a few smaller options pricing around 30k +/- 2k was the "deals" for most part with a few rare deals less. The MSRP as equipped was around 38k to give you an idea.
Re: Which Black/Gray water drain hose do you recommend?
Rino-Flex also, IMO sewer hoses are a wear item and inexpensive enough, at first sign of a leak I will replace with a new one. Depending on usage I suspect could be 1-3 year cycle.
The biggest issue I have encountered is it is almost impossible to thread the adapter into the sewer connection in most camp grounds, either recessed too much or threads full of crud. Most conveniently provide a rock, LOL as the fix for keeping hose in place during dumping.

Re: Alde 3010 hot water
I had turned thermostat quite high and gave time for warm glycol to circulate. Didn’t seem to make a difference. This morning the vents are warm though. Lol. I also, set the day/night timer but hadn’t reset the clock after the winter. That may have had something to do with it. Thank you Sharon
