Our 2020 XT + 2018 CSS has been great for us. Going over the Sierra passes and climbing the long grade in Death Valley was just fine. It’s been stable when crossing the windy sections of the Sacramento delta. MPG is 17-18.
I really liked the turbo’s torque and recommend it over the 2.5L engine of my previous Subarus.

Some of the 12V to 12V methods described are in effect connecting the batteries in parallel. From what I've read, it's not a good idea to do that with your lead acid battery and the LiFePO4 in your Delta 2.

Thanks for the feedback. The Subaru Outback turbo and the non-turbo are built on the same platform. The Subaru service people tell me the increased towing capacity and tongue wt specs for the turbo is solely because of the higher hp output of the engine coupled with more robust transmission gearing and cooling. Essentially the turbo engine will haul a heavier load up hills, etc without struggling. The suspension on both vehicles is the same and therefore should handle the same (apart from the power issue) under towing conditions. Has anyone found this not to be the case? Comments please.

@Maple_Geek. Mine is definitely a 2" ball. I even measured it with calipers to determine if it was mismarked. I have contacted Nucamp for advice. I will check my manuals to see if it calls out the manufacturer and model number of the hitch.

I'm not sure if it was you or someone else who got me started on this project, but I can't take credit. There are a several different approaches to this posted on the forum. @tombeaux Yes it's a sliding drawer. The fridge can run on 12v or 120v. I have it hooked to the 12v line that was originally connected to the 3-way, this way I don't need to switch it between 12v and 120v depending if I have hook-up or not. I attached a cigarette lighter connection to the original 12v line and the fridge plugs into it. Unlike the 3-way that needed constant baby sitting, this one I set it and forget it. Draws very little power in ECO mode and I really like the versatility, we can leave it inside when camping or set it up outside, and it doesn't dump the cold air every time you open it. I think I took the idea from @AnOldUR

Another option is to pickup some aluminum L-bracket and corrugated plastic display board from a big box store. Take off the clip screws if you have them and screw the L-bracket directly to the existing ledge on top front and bottom. It should leave a small gap. Slide in the plastic sheet making sure it has a friction fit and you are done. It keeps the water out even when you are towing. I painted the L-bracket white to match the AC frame.

A couple of other thoughts...we have a '21, essentially the same trailer. The table will fit under the front passenger side compartment, under the cushion, unless you have batteries there or it's full of storage. I made a second table with a drop leaf and we just lean that against the exit door when we go to bed. We keep the lagun table outside full time. We do sleep with the twin set up vs. the full bed, so in the morning, since I rise before my wife, I roll my bed up and put the leg on the support with the table (can do it most of the time w/o her waking up : . With the drop leaf feature, the table does not take up much space. I am able to make coffee inside while she sleeps and have a place for the cup/ipad, etc., especially if the weather is cold or rainy. Best wishes...
