@webers3 we researched campers for over 2 years before deciding the TAB400 was what we wanted. Being first time buyers we didn't know to look so closely at every little detail. Lesson learned for our next purchase. We still LOVE our TAB400 we just think there should have been better QC. As we travel, more things are starting to go wrong but we are hoping to get it all fixed while under warranty, then crossing our fingers nothing major happens when our year is up.

Thanks, I found a bunch more info. I'm fairly handy at things but very literal. Vague or ambiguous don't work for me. If it doesn't hit me over the head, I'm afraid I'm missing something. Turns out, someone with the same setup has done what I want to do, and it's plug and play. Always great info from other owners.

When we are on the road we never hesitate to use our kitchen almost anywhere we stop. We're never looking to cook but often make sandwiches, wash fruit and gather from or place things in the fridge or cabinets. Shopping centers, parks, road side tables are all reasonable to us. It doesn't seem any different than opening the tailgate on our SUV. When overnighting, we'll often buy prepared food shortly before or where we plan to stop.
When camped and it's time to cook, we've a nicer kitchen with more prep area than many trailers twice our size.

Shower Floor

Re: Pricing a 320 without a bathroom
I have a 2017 320 Q without a bathroom for sale. After a brief negative marketing experience on FB marketplace, we took it off and have had the limited exposure of an old fashioned "For Sale" sign in our driveway. We bought it from a neighbor who had a similar sign, so we are trying it. We are asking $12,000; we have made numerous upgrades (Battleborn Battery, two suit-case Zamp solar panels, hard-wired progressive industries surge protector, new Rhomar glycol for Alde, twin beds and have the usual desired accessories, including a mood shade). The air conditioning unit was removed by previous owners, but that could be remedied with a replacement unit or 12v options (e.g., EcoFlow/Zero Breeze).. On a FB NuCamp group several members thought the pricing was good--but interest was limited. Some comments said their favorite 320 model was without a toilet. We used a shower tent/plastic commode when boondocking). Note, having a "mental" firewall to cope with potential scammers is important. We may try that again.
Re: Over head fan died
On the Fantastic fan itself, there is a fuse on the unit. Have you found that one? Look at the Fuses thread below, and look at that little fuse in the holder. (If you haven't already!)
If this fuse is ok, there might be ways to check if the power switch, etc, is still functioning.
Re: Strange substance found inside?
@TommySax, you have likely done this with your unidentified substance, under a magnifying glass termite droppings have a distinctive shape and size, easily identifiable. 
Had a similar experience in our house, and after days of looking for the cause(substance was around baseboards), asked a neighbor for some help and he immediately looked up at the crown molding and showed me several pin holes where the termites were pushing their waste out ending up 8 feet from the identifiable culprit.

Patience and as wide as possible market exposure is how you will find the person looking for any specialty item like our trailers. I've been on both sides of those type transactions. Look for nationwide listing options - RV Trader, Craigslist. eBay...
I saw my first T@B as an odd result of a remotely related search on eBay. It took a persistent nationwide search on Craigslist week after week to find one a year later. We arranged a remote purchase and cross country transport to get our first T@B.
To sell our tandem bicycles when we retired from a decades long passion it took over a year . Eventually the right couple came along and discovered the bike they were looking for and saw the reasonably priced value offered. Two of three sold for the full asking price, no questions asked. Two buyers came from out of state.
Somebody looking for "a little camper" will make low ball offers considering it comparable to trailers in their minds that are not in reality comparable.
People looking for a T@B without a shower will be excited to find one to see. You'll know sincere interest when it is there...

You can show the owner your researched value when you look at the trailer @lkc001. Selling should include the expectation of negotiation unless the ad states the price is firm.
