You may have missed it in the post above but if you want to use the T@B's low pressure quick connect you will need to get a low pressure grill. Most stated above will not work correctly on the low pressure T@B fitting. They will easily blow out, not have much heat, or not light altogether. Forget anything that uses the little green bottles. To use a regular gas grill like the Colemans you will need to put a Y connection directly on the propane tank and get a hose to use the stoves regulator. Blackstone and Camp Chef both make some low pressure grills/stoves that will work correctly on a low pressure connection.

For the 8735AD the entire unit has to go. The board has soldered connections. The tech said there is a jumper fix that sometimes works with the old firmware version 1.7. They will update firmware to version 1.9 and "lock" it in LiFePo4 if I ask. Sounds like your experience...carpense said:@rfuss928 Interested in hearing how it goes. There are about 8 DC circuits to disconnect and 4 AC breakers. Mostly physically manipulating heavy wires out of and later back into the correct mechanical connection. More tedious than difficult.

I've just started the WFCO free update journey for my 8735-AD.
Helpful and supportive tech and warranty support on toll free line so far. Yes, I've got to pull it out. Not difficult for me but a few hours work out and in no doubt. Shipping label provided. One week turnaround typical. Any other installed fix would take similar amount or more of my time. I'll like having the converter working as intended.

We moved up from tents to renting a small teardrop (Silver Shadow), we got spoiled with a kitchen that didn't cover the table, air conditioning, and staying dry in the rain.
We had looked at the regular 320 and determined it to be too small. The 'CS has advantages. You gain the dresser inside. Great storage for clothes and a surface to bring in a toaster oven or hot plate on those rainy days. The galley is a wonderful 6 feet wide, larger than most RVs. This means you can cook and prep at the same time. The table easily moves outside. The down side is the bed is a little short of 6ft. Being a little over 6ft tall, I can't stretch out except on the diagonal. I rarely sleep straightened out, so it isn't a problem for us.
The '400 gives a more length to the bed, a dinette, and a great lavatory. Compared to the 'CS you loose half the galley, all the dresser, but you can eat inside. The '400 isn't an upgrade from the 'CS; it's a sideways move with a different purpose. It is better for traveling, but not as good for camping and your clothes storage moves to the tow vehicle.
If you need more space, you may want to look at the Little Guy Max. It has a different set compromises: a reasonable lavatory, queen size bed, lot's of storage, and lots of windows. The down side is not so winter traveling capable, 300lb heavier and 3ft longer than the '400. It is small enough you can still go through a service station or park pulled through two spaces in a parking lot. One advantage for Texas, the top is fiberglass, much more hail resistant than the NuCamp products. On the other hand, you loose the comfort of Alde heat.

@AnOldUR We have the carrying case from your first link (the less expensive one!). We've only used it for one season...but it seem robust enough. We don't carry it very far....we mainly use it to store everything and keep it from getting banged up in truck. So far so good!

Please read their directions carefully. I also have two transponders after calling the 800 number to register my Tab; one for traveling with just the TV (2 axles) and one for when I am towing the Tab (3 axles) I was told it was one transponder or the other, not both.

The E-Z pass gantry will detect the trailer and and charge the 3 axel rate to the TV tag.

I have a Massachusetts E-ZPass and 5 years ago entered my Tab as a TRL-Trailer, with the make "Pleasant Valley" and the model "TAB 400".
However, I see that they made a change for travel trailers and they want you to now call their 800- number to specify the type of RV for proper billing.
Your state may be the same. Read the "Enter a new vehicle" part carefully.

You obviously have not looked at the original diagram the OP posted which is what I commented on and there are different ways to wire batteries in parallel. Depending on length and gauge the top diagram is preferred for longer and smaller gauge wire.rfuss928 said:Maxcamp8
It concerns me that the three folks that chose to offer detailed critique of your wiring diagram so far cannot see that the batteries are clearly shown wired in parallel. I would look elsewhere for electrical advise...
