We just got back from a 12 day trip encompassing Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the Black Hills, Wind Cave National Park, and the Badlands National Park. We had a chance to use the Alde 3020 high altitude setting during some very cool nights in the Black Hills and it worked great. This was the first major trip and I was nervous pulling the trailer. We were disciplined about keeping the weight of the trailer, trailer contents, and car contents below the Subaru Outback tow limit and it went very well. PLUS we had plenty of space in the car and T@B.
Extremely grateful we got the T@B 320. The solar panels worked great which allowed us to camp without electric hookup for our multi-night stays at Theodore Roosevelt State Park and the Black Hills. The T@B was easy to tow, easy to back up, easy to set up and take down and wonderfully small enough to fit in the parking space of tent campsites so we were able to avoid being stuck amidst massive rigs.
Looks like it was a beautiful trip, @Emma62. Sounds like you used your time well and got to experience plenty of sightseeing and relaxation. Glad to hear that your 320 and the Alde served you well.
Springtime south east loop. Friends, family, BBQ, gumbo and a National Park. Four weeks on the road and ~4500 miles traveled.
Our campsite at Racoon Holler near Jefferson NC for the 2019 Blue Ridge Rally. A week of too much food and fun with lots of friends. Over 60 campsites with current and past T@B owners.
A few days with friends near Atlanta GA. They were getting ready for their maiden voyage in their new "smaller than the last one" travel trailer.
Then tucked in a comfortable corner at our daughters apartment in Austin TX
A few days in very hot sun at Jamaica Beach near Galveston TX
A minion among giants.........
Heading back towards home we found Hot Springs NP in AK along the way. A pleasant and interesting stop over.
Finally, we spent a couple nights at Beech Bend campground in Bowling Green KY. A huge campground associated with an amusement park and race track only at about 10% occupancy while we were there.
SUNT@B continues to provide comfortable accommodations for our adventures.
First time dry camping with new T@B near Morton, Washington in what used to be a christmas tree farm.
So we were trying out all of the systems with no hook ups for the first time. As soon as I disconnected the truck all of the DC power died. That certainly got my attention. Doing a little troubleshooting I first checked the battery cut off switch and it was on. Next I plugged the trailer back in to the truck and all the DC power came on. Then I disconnected from the truck again and turned on the inverter and it came on. So the batteries were charged and working but power from the batteries was not feeding the DC distribution panel. There is a circuit breaker mounted to the floor near the batteries. I reset that circuit breaker and power was restored.
After that we had a great trip with no issues and can't wait until the next trip!

Recently went to a meetup of Travels With Delaney and several other Tab owners at Champoeg State Park in Oregon. Had a great time and saw some beautiful scenery. And yes there was a pet pig at one of the camp sites!
