    Hey, I was in a hurry. Someone offered me a free box of scrolling wood, 12” deep, 4’x4’ full of 1/4” to 3/8” thick.  It took 5 hrs of driving round trip, but it’s in the back of the truck and I’ll get it out and separated tomorrow. Oh yeah, the wood is from wooden wine boxes.....

    Now, @Ratkity, please, please keep that light off  B)

    Yup! However, if you look closely, you'll notice my photo with the teal colored wings was taken in the buff, not a stitch of clothing anywhere.

    @Ratkity, sorry, but alas, those were the days of my carefree youth! 'Twas enough for me to just braid my kneelength hair, put on my hotpants, gogo boots and go for a ride! Rarely had a camera along as a companion. And perhaps ritely so. At my current age and disposition, the mental image alone is a scary word picture!

    DH has now commented that daguerreotype equipment was a bit unwieldy at the time.  I think he just wishes he had hair, even back then.

    Ahhhh, the days when we could do most anything stupid and it wouldn't land on this new fangled interwebs! Those were the days. No pictures, didn't happen! And that fish.. that fish was the biggest you ever have seen, but he got away!
