The size of the wiring you need depends on the length of your run and the amount of current the wiring will handle. The suggestions for 10 AWG that you've gotten from the folks here are good ones for 30 amp runs in the 30 - 35 foot range. You can find ampacity calculators and charts on-line if your application is outside of those parameters.
You don't mention how much additional solar capacity you're planning to add. The 10 amp Victron 75/10 controller is fine for the factory-supplied panel, which I believe is 100 watts. It's not sufficient however if you plan to add an additional 100 watt panel for example and you will need a higher-capacity controller.
The alternative to upgrading the Victron is to add a second controller to the auxiliary solar panel setup. You can then simply plug the output from the auxiliary system directly into the SAE port, which is connected directly to your house (trailer) battery. This is what I do with 320S BD and my Renogy dual-panel (200 watt) auxiliary solar system; it comes complete with its own 20 amp controller. I replaced the supplied cabling that is only 10' long with 30' feet of 10 AWG. That added length is almost always needed to place and move the suitcase panels during the course of the day so that they're in the sun.

@RogerC - it sounds like you are occupying the trailer for work purposes. In that case, to be on the safe side, you need to have more available AHrs in case you run into inclimate weather. Really you should figure out what your daily Ahr draw actually is and then figure out what you need. The frig is AC/DC and after reaching steady state draws about 24 AHrs/day. Lights, fan, water pump, recharging laptop, etc adds up. You should only use half the AHrs of a lead acid battery, so your current battery will only let you Boondock for a about day without recharging. I would look into getting a 100 Ahr lithium battery to start. You can draw down lithium completely without damaging the battery.

Yea they made that change in 2022, possibly with late model 2021s. I checked out a 2022 and noticed this too and am glad my 2021 has the round cutout with the notches cut to operate the blinds. My only reasoning is cost and speed. It’s easier and faster to make an oval cutout which allows you to operate the blind rather than make a round cut with a square cut to operate the blind. The new method certainly does not look as clean and nice as the old method. I like the symmetry of the old way.

@Parlando I have no trouble taking readings from inside a 2019 320 with the older Boondock tub. There’s been at least one report of someone having an issue with the newer tub, which doesn’t have the open back of the older model. We never established whether the tub, shunt, or the phone used was at issue. So my suggestion would be to skip the dongle for now, or buy it from somewhere that makes returns easy, and try it out for yourself.

The tow vehicle charges the battery via the 7 pin. Installed solar charges the battery regardless of the battery switch position. Panels are connected to a charge controller under the driver side bench which then connects directly to the battery.
Changing your battery set up really depends on how you camp. If you are always on shorepower, a limited AHr lead acid battery will work fine. If you plan to do more than a couple of days dry camping, you will likely need more AHr.

The Victron is current limiting and it will not be harmed. It only passes 15 amps and there is no spill out. It is pretty hard to have both panels fixed in a position to get 100% efficiency based on time of year, location and panel angle in reference to the sun.

Drill horizontally through 14x14 plastic fan curb/ sleeve which projects above roof. No roof penetrations needed for this install

@Lojocamper congratulations and welcome to the Tab family! I’ve got a 2017 320S. It’s mostly just me camping with friends, but when DH comes along we sleep two twins. Otherwise I sleep wheel to wheel. We use sleeping bags because they’re simple and no laundry afterwards. We also use self inflating Thermarest pads that I picked up at target. We bought the thin ones, there are thicker ones out there, but we found the thin ones work really well and we are happy with the comfort level And they are easy to pack and store. The first picture I’m attaching is not our trailer, but it would work with your model. This couple made extensions to widen their beds, and it also provided shoe storage. Have fun with your trailer!

I owned a 320, changed to Goodyear, upgraded to a 400, went to Goodyear immediately, better tire, smoother rolling for better gas mileage performance and peace of mind

@Lizinnia, I agree with all of the above suggestions.
Running the circulator pump on high can be a good method for bleeding trapped air from the system after a fluid change. As the air finds its way out (either through the reservoir or the automatic air bleeder) the fluid level will drop--just as you describe.
It seems like the dealership perhaps did not finish the job by allowing all the air to bleed, resetting the circulator pump speed, and topping up the glycol as needed. If this is the case, I wouldn't be too confident in the thoroughness of their flushing procedure, either--so it's probably just as well they didn't switch you over to the Rohmer fluid.
