I just discovered yesterday that my 2022 400 has an AC powered tv. This is problematic for watching tv when not on shore power (boondocking). The AC powered tv requires the inverter to be powered on and that thing seems to draw a lot of amps of power. In addition, an AC "appliance" isn't as efficient as a DC powered appliance when trying to conserve battery power.
I've sent an email to NuCamp to ask why they made this change. Its likely a supply chain issue, but if it isn't, I would really like to know why. Perhaps there is a good reason that I would agree with. Otherwise, I'm about to spend another $300 to buy the Jensen 12 volt model and switch it out. Not a happy camper at the moment, but open to hear their explanation before I buy the 12 volt tv.
