Re: Reinforce Roof Rack?
Not the Yakima rack, but I added a rack to the back of our 2020 320S using the through bolt technique that you described. Ten 3/8-16 bolts that pass through the aluminum cross members. Creeping up on 50K miles on all types of road conditions.

Re: T@B 400 Alde corrosion
Filled the glycol, let it run for about 45 minutes. No leaks, blead the line and everything seems to be running well. Now to start putting things back together.

Cleaned up the wires first. I realized after I started rebuilding that I absolutely could've made this simpler, but I was already in the middle of it and would have needed more hose. Regardless, it works. I'll grab a couple hose hangers to stabilize them to the wall and straighten out the bend on the right a bit. I don't mind the convector being off center. I'm sure it will still get hot as, Hades back there. And that's it!.. Hopefully for a long, long while.🤞

Re: Jacking up a TAB 400 BD
The problem I had is when tire is flat can't get the jack under the jacking point. Bought a very thin flat jack but sure was expensive! Art
Re: Post up some shots of your T@B set-up at the camp site! #3

Re: Bathroom door hinge replacement source
We just took our broken top hinge to Menards. They are pretty much just cabinet hinges.
We replaced them all. They were all pretty stressed and had cracks developing . Not quite the right hardware for this use, but easy and cheap to replace.

Re: Must Inspect List for Used Tab
We bought a one year used T@B 400 now 4 years ago. We love it. I have since learned a lot on the forum about the issues that arise.
So if I were to do it today:
1. Document that Alde inspection and service have been done, with evidence that corrosion is not present.
2. Ensure wheel bearing and brake inspection and service have been done, not just EZ lube. Check emergency brake pin for function.
3. Avoid the Air8 which is undersized for hot and humid conditions. Look for a CoolCat AC and make sure it works properly and drains.
4. Document battery care has been done. First owners often kill their batteries. A resting voltage after charging and load test will determine if the battery is in good shape.
5. Check water pump, plumbing and hot water functions. Look for leaks, particularly around outdoor shower, which is a design that can leak behind the wall. Ensure low point drains operate. Pressurize with city water at proper psi and check as well.
6. Check toilet function, black tank and grey tank dump valves.
7. Check for proper drainage of bath sink. Another design issue depending on model year
8. Check that tank sensors are functioning properly
9. Check all electrical circuits breakers and fuses and the converter. Also inverter if equipped. Same for solar.
10. Check stove and propane systems. Check fans.
11. Check door and all windows and shades for proper functioning.
12. Check for caulk age and cracks around round windows and at other joint areas on camper. Get underneath and check Coroplast cover.
Thanks for the question as I now have my own check list for this year!
Others will doubtless add more good ideas.
Good luck.

Re: green blinking light under sink behind plastic in T@B 400 (2023)
Great sleuthing @dfsdogs on the light. VictronConnect is blinking blue. Located behind the drawer under the fridge. Through plastic frame in bathroom the controller light appears as green. I’ve haven’t learned much about the solar controller but you nailed it, thanks!
Re: Are there new jacking points for the 2024 400s?
This is what finally NuCamp came back with last night. "There
is no longer an L bracket or plate for this, you will want to place
your jack on the chassis behind the wheel, not in front of.” So, the idea of not "using a jack on the axle" still holds.

I had to flip their photo to get this perspective. The axle is towards the middle bottom, in line with the hand. (It has the white label). The white circle is the area on the trailer "chassis behind the wheel".
This is the original photo if it helps clear this up.
