Yep, same year T@B and pump failed with no warning within the last year. Might have been the pressure switch, but it wasn't worth the time trying to troubleshoot further. We just bought a replacement that was easy to accomplish. I may have had to mover the new one over or down just a tad, but it fit fine. Not sure where we got it, but you can Google: Pentair Shurflo 4008 RV Revolution By-Pass Pump. It has worked great and supposedly will not burn up if you run it dry. Under $70 on Amazon. Good Luck and "let it flow".

I live in a 2019 400, I use the pump and tank water exclusively. I've replaced pumps 3 times until I installed a Shurflo accumulator. Smoother operation and longer lasting service.

Our '23 320 and two prior RV's came OEM with the Shurflo Pentair 4008. No failures or problems of any kind.

My 2023 refused to siphon until I raised the level of the antifreeze jug higher than the hose connection in the Nautilus.

We just put the spare in the truck bed against the front. Easier to get if needed

@ScottG yeah they must have changed the design in 2022 or sometime in 2021. I looked at our early production 2021 400 and it has tensioners of the design you described.

@otr_320 The confusion occurs with the process on the Nautilus: On the P3
manual, page 12, see the description of setting the valves to the "45
degree" position and the use of the compressor. At paragraph 5:
5. Using "CITY WATER" inlet or low point drain, blow out plumbing lines (40 PSI max) with handles
still at 45 degree angle as shown. This will ensure anytrapped water in plumbing harness is removed.

added the bold/italics. This part of the Nautilus winterizing process
only blows out the "harness", that mass of pipes/valves/diverters
directly behind the Nautilus panel. With the valves in the 45 degree
position, compressed air does not go to any of the faucets in the trailer.
You can't get compressed air or antifreeze to the faucets/plumbing in the trailer until the valves are set to the "Winterize" position starting at Paragraph 7.
Despite many millions of trailer owners world wide using the "blowout" method, NuCamp never even mentions it because...who knows? Just be assured you are not the only owner wondering about this and being confused about the instructions that gloss over some parts of the process.

I suspect NuCamp recommends blowout before antifreeze to ensure the antifreeze doesn’t get too diluted. Prior to the Nautilus implementation, antifreeze was optional.

Thank you for the reassurance and sense of relief! I also misread the vague instructions and used far too much bleach. So much to learn...ScottG said: I did the same thing. In addition--thanks to the vague instructions available at the time (which I didn't read very carefully anyway)--I used waaaaay too much bleach. Although it took me a month to get the bleach smell out of the system, my Alde has been fine for nine seasons and counting. I wouldn't lose much sleep over it! :-)
Re: Low batteries- Gloso trips when I try to charge
I wonder if you might need to put the batteries on an external charger to bring them back to life. You might need to look at the documentation for the batteries or contact Renogy.
