Re: 120 Volt Outlet Question
All of your appliances except the A/C and microwave are wired to run on 12v - that is either directly off the battery or as supplied by the converter that “converts” 120v to 12v power.
The 30 amp plug supplies 120v power to the TaB that enters the converter to power the 12v appliances AND it is wired directly to the 120v outlets (GFCI outlet, ALDE outlet, microwave outlet, etc).

So, if you Boondock and use only your battery for power, you can not plug into the regular 120v outlets to run anything off those outlets. So microwave and A/C only when on shorepower or a generator. An inverter will allow you to run some 120v items off your battery.
Greetings from Portland.. 2021 TAB400 incoming.
My 2021 Tab400 will arrive in July, just in time for outfitting for the Oregon Star Party. This is the first camping trailer I have owned as I have in the past been either a tent or back of my Suburban camper. Very excited to play around with the Tab and see what all it can do. My 8yr old daughter is equally excited to do some camping, and my wife is happy to have us leave her a peaceful and quiet house. 
I'm primarily interested in overlanding/boondocking, so I'll probably do a few things to extend that capability - nothing too extreme, probably more solar, larger solar and land charger, lithium batteries, and a the other usual accoutrements of that kind. I'm an electrical engineer so that part of the equation will be fun to explore.
No doubt getting out in the open land will be a nice change from the last year of pandemic work and school from home. I am relatively detail oriented, project oriented, and perhaps a bit on the over-engineering side of the equation. I'll do my best to contribute to the collective wisdom that this forums has accumulated. Lots of great threads to read while I wait!

@RichardofYork, I have included below the link to a discussion may be of interest to you, at least for the 320 model. I have purchased the Croft dual wheels mentioned in the post, but have not yet had an opportunity to actually try them out (due to Covid-19.) However, the 320 is very easy to move, assuming it is on a generally flat, smooth and hard surface, even with the jockey wheel that is supplied by nuCamp. But, if the surface is too soft (e.g., sand or loose gravel), it is very difficult to move with the stock single jockey wheel, which is why I purchased the Croft dual wheels. Others with the 400 should be able to answer your question as to that model and some folks have used a motorized unit to move their trailer (both T@B models, I believe.)

@gulfarea, below is a photo of the sticker on the axle, though I'm not sure it helps much for identifying specific parts, as Dexter has sooooo many axles.
Regardless, I've started cross-referencing from a number of sources and am assembling a spreadsheet of part numbers. @WayneW, thanks for the info--the grease seal and outer bearing numbers you provided match those I located, so I think we are on the right track.

Re: My installation of the EMS-LCHW30 in a 2018 CS-S
I installed mine in our 400 in the storage area with the outside hatch behind the axle (both the box and display). It is easy to get access to see the display when needed of check out the inside of the box.

Re: Changing out the Alde fluid.
When I took my Tab to a local rv dealer of Tabs and airstreams, for the change out at almost $500 for 5 gal and 2 hrs labor, they were able to do this work because the Airstream which they service, uses the same Alde system. they have only 1 person experienced and the pump system to do this work. it is crazy but at least I had someone near by, next near place is almost 3 hrs away.
