I'm stunned at how easy this was. Went with this horizontal pattern because of the bumps in the plastic panel. Turns out you can make that panel super smooth with an orbital sander. No need to "hide" any bumps or creases. You could easily go with a solid pattern. This stuff cuts like butter with an Xacto knife, so it was very easy to trim the top, sides and bottom. There is some give between the plastic panel and aluminum door trim, so after cutting to fit, simply use a credit card to push the wallpaper under the aluminum trim.

Re: Alde 3020 - heat only from bed vents
In the TaB 320 model, the only heat vents are behind the rear shelf and under the bed (at the top of the benches). Keep the bed linen away from the vent. Are you keeping the Alde on continuously? It can take a long while to overcome a very cold TaB as all the surfaces will be very cold. I agree with Terry - if on shorepower, run the Alde turned all the way up on electric and keep the propane on. The combination will heat the TaB faster. Then, after the cabin temperature drops below your set temp, the propane will kick back on.

I would try to make your solar work and see how your batteries react as much as you can on your "test" trips. Crank the fan. Turn on some TV. See how your monitor reacts. (The trailer is much more efficient than you might think). Stick the panel out there in the cloudy day and see how it reacts. Panels still work in "very cloudy skies", and it is a nice thing to learn. Especially on your short trips close to home.
I live in Socal, and on our cloudy "marine layer" totally overcast days....my panel still recharges my battery. Might take an hour longer, but they are still gathering power.

Re: how do you cook in your tab?
I don't if I can help it. 
I cook outside unless the weather is really bad. I did use a small Weber Q grill at 1st but it seemed to have one setting - high and extremely high. Went and got a Eureka Ignite 2 burner gas stove (can actually simmer things now) and a 5lb LP tank (much smaller and dedicated it to the stove). I bring one nonstick frypan and saucepan which covers most any of our cooking needs (a lot of flexibility). I've found a grill kinds of limits things and this setup you end up cooking more like at home. Plus frying something in a pan is easier cleanup than on a grill to us. Plus if do have to use the inside stove nothing is really different. Also got a nice folding camp kitchen the folds up to just a little bigger than one of our camp chairs. Keep perishable food in indoor frig (load with frozen water bottles before go) and bring small cooler that comes in truck with us. Have a big ICECO powered cooler but seems to just be overkill most times and started leaving at home. Store dry goods in a plastic tub. We normally stay at state parks with electric and water and usually try to limit ourselves to 2 days of food when leave and buy local past that. As to what we bring - usually some steaks, chicken, pork or shrimp and salads. Eggs and bacon. Sometimes pasta and the little boil in bag potatoes. Try to portion so no leftovers (like split a steak between us). Normally have a tub with cookware, a tub with dry goods, the folding camp kitchen, gas stove and cooler out when cooking. It sounds like a hassle but I usually put everything in the truck bed with lockable hard tonneau cover at night except the camp kitchen and stove to ward off the raccoons. Started out like a lot of people do getting too many things that ended up not using. Now try to keep it simple. But...we are foodies and like to eat well and with COVID try to avoid restaurants. Pre COVID finding neat restaurants and cafes in small towns was fun.

Road mapping
I am a newbie. Just got a 2021 T@B 320s and need to know how to plan a safe route so I don't have alot of steep grades bridges, sharp curves, etc until I am better experienced driving with a trailer. My TV is a 2017 Subaru outback with a Curt wireless brake controller which I also have to learn to use effectively. Appreciate all advise you have to offer

Re: Noise level on Unibody vs Body-on-Frame
Something like this. Your "ball mount" goes into the vehicle's "receiver tube". There is a tiny bit of space between the mount and the tube. When you attach a trailer to it, that little space can cause a bit of noise.
This makes that noise go away. Still the occasional noise, but 90 percent gone.
