Re: Anyone using the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller?
We are using the Curt Echo. If iPhone is plugged into the dash USB you can use Apple CarPlay to display Goggle Maps on the dash display and the brake controller display on the iPhone app. That allows manual application of the trailer brakes if trailer sway occurs. So far we have not experienced a loss of the Bluetooth connection. I do use a heavy duty "twist-tie" as a secondary way of securing the brake controller unit in the 7-way plug.
Under Fridge Storage Drawer
I didn't like trying to get stuff out from under the fridge so I made a slide out drawer.
I used 1/4 inch Birch plywood for the box. The slides are made from Nylon angle stock
And the base from scrap wood I had.

- Base with angles attached
--Base installed. attached to front fascia with 2 screws
-- 22" x 12" box
-- Attached box to original cabinet face with 2 screws.

I figured it out! I had the pump on continuous circulate instead of "therm"
Starlink announcement from Musk
This is pretty big news. While you're not going to get Starlink on the move (unless you can figure out how to mount a dish so that it doesn't get ripped off your vehicle), while stationary, getting 300 Mbit downloads is amazing. If you're not familiar with Starlink, you can get started here: https://www.starlink.com/ or read about it lots of other places. I have family and friends using it from their homes that live in rural areas with little or no Internet service of substance and they are thrilled with it.
Currently, the equipment is $500 up-front and $99/month for unlimited service. We're on the wait list for service to our rural home in SW Wisconsin.

Re: It's Home!
@falcon1970 we are not that brave to back it with all that stone around! We pulled straight in, unhitched and used the trailer valet to park once we get through the gate to maneuver it more easily. Then we'll use the trailer valet to get it pointed back out of the driveway and pull straight out to leave when we are ready to go camping.
Re: Looking For Strong Adhesive For Walls
I mentioned the Perch system and we love it. I think maybe Marceline gave us this idea. A metal plate attaches flat to the wall with contact strips making it very strong. We installed one in the kitchen and one by each bed/bench and the little container makes a nice cup holder. We also use it for TV remotes, etc. Each thing you add is magnetically attached. You can arrange the containers on the wall plate different ways and there are different containers available to fit it. Some use it as a planter. These have been up four months. Here are some photos:

Re: Looking For Strong Adhesive For Walls
So, here's a little follow-up on the Command Strips now that they have been on for 8 months. I secured them EXACTLY like the instructions. Cleaning the surface with alcohol is most important! All of the Command Strips on the backs of hooks and the heavier Perch systems (2 of them) have held up perfectly without fail. So, yesterday-8 months after installing them-I decided to remove one because I didn't like the placement. The directions say to pull straight down (not out) on the tab of the Command Strip. It stretches like elastic for about 6-8 inches and then it just pops right off. It did noit hurt the surface of the T@B and you cannot tell it was ever there. This is very good news!
