OK, let's recap.
We have a Sink and Outside Shower plumbing
configuration.
The Adle is correctly in By-Pass mode.
When City Water is connected, everything works
correctly . . . hot & cold water have pressure and flow.
When City Water is not connected and the Pump
is used, pressure/flow stop as soon as city water built up pressure
is released/used.
So something is wrong with the Pump or Pump
water lines.
[] fresh water tank vent could be blocked - - -
low likelihood
[] fresh water feed line could be blocked - - -
can you blow air into the hose (hose that connects to Pump filter) and
hear bubbles in the tank?
[] Are all pump fitting air tight? No leaks.
[] If sure pump feed line is clear and no air leaks, time to
remove the pump.
Consider Taking Pump apart**, confirm there is no
junk in the passages, put back together and try pumping again.
** I've pulled and disassembled mine while
camping so it's not a big/difficult task. Only tricky step with pump
plastic head assembly is getting it back on in the correct position
so the pump can be mounted on the wall with correct in – out
fitting locations.

I think she means into the hose going into the water pump. I did that once before like this..
But you could also try a water hose instead of air (would still need an adapter).
Another idea, without an adapter, might be to disconnect both pump hoses (disconnect any city water hose & release pressure first by draining some out), then connect the input hose to the output side of the pump (if it will reach) so you can blow into the fresh water tank line.

You may have an obstruction in the fresh tank outlet. Try blowing air back into the fresh water tank.

I like the Amazon Blinks, because there's no subscription and they're battery powered. The batteries last for over a year easily.

Your fresh water tank is NOT SUPPOSED to fill from the city water opening. It is designed that way on purpose so that when you are at a campground and using city water, the fresh water tank won't fill up and overflow into your camper. If your freshwater tank was filling from the city water valve, then the check valve that prevents that was stuck open and has since reset itself to work correctly. You always fill your fresh water tank through the specific fill port. The city water connection is designed to bring water directly to your sink, shower, and toilet without the tank or pump.

Once you have the very, dilute bleach solution in the fresh tank, you can open your faucets and let it run into your drains/gray tank. Just drain your gray tank. No reason to sanitize. Keep your p trap filled with water to prevent any foul odors from coming up through the drain.

Yes - bleaching the system disinfects the water tank and the water lines.
That is too much bleach! I use 1/4 cup of bleach for the entire fresh water tank. Mix it in one gallon of fresh water, add to the tank, then top off the tank.
This is what I do:
Close the Alde hot water bypass valve so bleach water does not get into the hot water tank.
Mix 1/4 cup bleach to one gallon of water, pour into the fresh water inlet.
Top off the tank with fresh water.
Pump fresh water through the system - sink faucet and shower faucet. Pump enough water to pressurize the lines.
Allow the tank and bleach water to sit in the tank/lines for a minimum of 4 hours. I usually leave it over night.
Drain the system completely, then re-fill and flush several times. Run fresh water through the faucets. It may take several rinses to get the bleach smell out.
Open the Alde bypass valve.

@Tea, Have you smelled the water coming from the city hydrant? Maybe the campground system needs to be flushed - it is early in the camping season? Do you have a filter on your city water hose?

@morey000 For the 2019 320 133 Watt PV panel: The solar panel wires come through a 4-1/8" hole in the roof where the solar panel termination box fits into, just above the top right corner of the front window. The wires are spliced to the #10 conductors behind the Jenson unit. The solar wires then drop to the floor between the shoilette and kitchen walls into the space behind the toilette and are routed back through the wire way to the driver side bench area below the television where the charge controller is mounted. This is a very challenging wire path for a completed camper with the roof attached. As @Dalehelman would say, "I would rate this mod a 5 difficulty out of 5. IMHO" even for a seasoned wire installer.
