The "nut" is replaceable.

Re: Black tank flush
I always start the flush with the dump valve closed, and after a few minutes or so, open it up and dump. I repeat this several times, until the water running out is clear. So a quick flush with the valve closed a home is fine. As previously mentioned, be careful not to over fill the tank. :#

Very nice looking boxes @WayneW. I'm with your spouse on the look of the natural wood finish but share your concern on how well they will weather. As you note, you can always paint them later.

TAB 400 and the toilet question...
We're one step closer to possibly getting a Tab 400 BD in the coming weeks (RV loan pre-approved through our CU) and something we're curious about.
The 400 apparently doesn't have a cassette toilet? One of the things we like from what we've read (being first time RV owners soon) is that a cassette toilet means you don't have a blackwater tank to drain, just the cassette, which I would think would simplify winterizing the RV as well as not having to worry about having to pull the RV to a dump station if you fill the blackwater tank (just pull the cassette, walk to the nearest restroom or the dump station, dump, and return.)
Although, we did notice even the models with cassette toilets (320) have a blackwater tank, so the other question would be, what drains into that?

I think the videos suggestions of cargo loading are valid and good knowledge for any T@B owner. One of the worst things I see on many trailers I see now are those big racks on the back of the trailers. Hundreds of pounds on the end of a trailer swinging around. What could go wrong.

Generally not worth it. The 320 CS model has been out multiple years - long enough to have worked out any kinks. I guess you need to consider your access to a quality repair facility and your ability to self pay for repair work beyond the included 1 year warranty. Also, all the appliances have their own warranties. If you live within a reasonable drive to the factory, you can get factory quality repairs at a reasonable price. Not to mention the quality craftsmanship and materials used. These things are typically much more advantageous to the seller than the purchaser.

Locking lugs will eventually fail. Someone will strip the special key or worse, you will lose the key or your mechanic will forget to give it back to you. When these strip or if you lose the key you will be unable to service/remove your wheel. The fix for a damaged locking lug (or lost key) is to try and hammer a smaller sized socked over the lug and then pray that you can turn it off. If that fails the next options are drilling the lug or cutting the stud off. None of these are side of the road repairs. If you are worried about someone stealing your wheels, consider using a wheel lock. If I ever purchase a vehicle with locking lugs one of the first things I do is remove them and replace them with standard lugs. I've had some pretty nice wheel sets over the years and I have yet to have a wheel stolen. In the current state of things there's a better chance of the cat's getting cut off of your TV than an RV wheel getting stolen.
