Re: Bedding storage
@Kr@cken, to clarify, we pull the couch back forward and lay the mattress topper behind the couch and over the lower storage compartments. I made some lightweight removable covers that lay over the storage areas as depicted in the photos below. The Alde compartment is not covered, except by the seat cushion. The compartment covers provide a nice platform for our mattress topper and also help prevent any dust in the storage compartments from entering the cabin area. The heat from the rear Alde convector radiates upward and through the opening above the rear shelf (yellow arrows in last photo.) When using the Alde, we remove the four gray storage baskets so they do not obstruct the flow of air/heat.

@Mellow_Yellow, a similar swivel adapter was one of the first things I added to my 2015. I don't know if it makes much difference in the water pressure, but it make a huge difference in keeping the water flowing onto the sink rather than onto the counter.

Based on my exhaustive research, it appears tomatoes are a fruit - not a vegetable. Regardless, hot dogs are the excuse for eating sugar and salt-laden condiments. That’s why I love them so.
Re: mounting points for gear nets
@Mellow_Yellow, I do not have the nets in my 320 S, and I cannot answer your specific question, but I took these photos of the mounting points in a 2019 320 S Boondock. Based on the first photo below, it appears that you are on the right track. I suppose the only issue is the length of the screw that you use to mount it to the wood strip on the ceiling.

Woops! We accidently stayed in ours for 7 months last year and we camp host for months at a time as well.
We have the AC/DC unit and while we would love it to be higher up, we are not disappointed. We do use a DC cooler for our fresh veggies, drinks, and condiments. Works great while driving and we always arrive at the site with the battery at 100%.
The grey tank is the only limit we have while boondocking.
